These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between DBF École de Pilotage, a simplified joint-stock company (SASU), hereinafter referred to as "the School" or "DBF", and any person wishing to benefit from the services offered, hereinafter referred to as "the Client".
Acceptance of these T&C is materialized by booking a course or purchasing credits on our online platform. This acceptance entails full and unreserved adherence by the Client to these T&C.
DBF École de Pilotage offers motocross courses for young people aged 5 to 15, taught by Denis Bron-Fontanaz, FFM certified instructor.
Bookings are made exclusively via our online platform accessible from your client area.
Any booking paid with credit balance is automatically confirmed. Bookings paid by bank card are confirmed after payment validation.
Prices are displayed in euros including VAT and can be consulted on our website and in your client area.
Purchasing packages (10-course packs) allows you to benefit from preferential rates. The value credited to your account may be higher than the amount paid, thus constituting savings for the client.
Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. After this period, unused credits will be automatically removed from the client account. No refund will be made for expired credits.
The amount equivalent to the cancelled course is automatically re-credited to the client balance. This refund is instant and immediately visible in the client area.
A refund is automatically initiated via Stripe to the payment method used. Processing time depends on your bank (generally 3 to 7 business days).
In case of course cancellation by the school (weather conditions, instructor unavailability, technical problem), a full refund is made according to the same procedures as above.
In case of dangerous weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, strong wind), the school reserves the right to cancel courses for safety reasons. These cancellations result in a full refund.
As motocross is a risky sport activity, the client acknowledges having been informed and accepts the risks inherent to this practice.

These T&C are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction of the school's registered office.

The school reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. New conditions apply to orders placed after they are put online. Clients will be informed of any substantial modification.
