Bookings paid with credit balance are automatically confirmed. Card payment bookings are confirmed upon payment validation.

Article 4 — Pricing & Payment

Purchasing session packs (10-session bundles) provides a preferential rate. The credit value added to your account may exceed the amount paid, representing savings for the client.

Article 5 — Credit Balance

Your credit balance allows you to book sessions without immediate payment. It can be topped up by purchasing packs or individual credits, and is viewable at any time in your account. The balance is automatically used if sufficient to cover the booking.

Credit validity: Credits purchased are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. After this period, unused credits will be automatically removed from your account. No refund will be issued for expired credits.

Article 6 — Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made via your account ("My Bookings"). Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the session start time. Late cancellations (less than 24h) are refunded at the school's discretion. No-shows without prior notice are not refunded.

Credit balance payment: The equivalent amount for the cancelled session is automatically credited back to your balance, instantly.

Card payment: A refund is automatically initiated via Stripe to the payment method used. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 3–7 business days).

If a session is cancelled by the school (weather, instructor unavailability, technical issue), a full refund is issued by the same method. In dangerous weather conditions (heavy rain, thunderstorm, strong winds), the school reserves the right to cancel sessions for safety reasons.

Article 7 — Liability & Safety

The school provides supervision by an FFM-certified instructor, equipment and facilities meeting safety standards, FFM-approved training circuits, and coverage under professional civil liability insurance.

The client agrees to follow safety instructions given by the instructor, provide accurate information during registration (age, height, weight, level), report any health issues that may affect participation, and wear the provided or required protective equipment.
