• Name, date of birth, height, weight — Required for safety and supervision of motocross sessions (legal basis: contract performance, Art. 6.1.b GDPR)
• Email address — Account creation, booking confirmations, service communications (legal basis: contract performance)
• Phone number — Emergency contact or session changes (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR)
• Experience level, preferred bike — Adapting teaching approach (legal basis: contract performance)
• Payment data — Card details are processed exclusively by our payment provider Stripe, Inc. and are never stored on our servers (legal basis: contract performance)
Data recipients:
Your data is accessible only to Denis Bron-Fontanaz (instructor/manager) and the website developer for maintenance purposes. Data is hosted by our processors:
• Supabase, Inc. (database, authentication) — AWS servers in Europe (eu-west region)
• Stripe, Inc. (payments) — PCI DSS Level 1 certified
• Resend, Inc. (transactional emails)
• Netlify, Inc. (website hosting)
Transfers outside the European Union:
Some processors (Stripe, Netlify, Resend) are based in the United States. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46.2.c GDPR) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
Data retention periods:
• Account and profile data: retained for the duration of your registration, then 3 years after your last activity
• Booking data: 5 years from the service date (accounting obligations)
• Payment data: retained by Stripe according to its own retention policy
• Cookies: see Cookie Policy section above
Your rights:
Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights:
• Right of access (Art. 15) — Obtain a copy of your personal data
• Right of rectification (Art. 16) — Correct inaccurate data
